About Meat:

Meat Sheet Author 1 is yours truly. Although he had limited access to vinyl over the years still got exposed to some underground punk, hardcore, ska, and traditional alternative or college Rock. Round 1995 started Meat Sheet a letter sized printed fanzine. I covered hardcore, punk ,skateboarding, Howard Stern wack packers, and the Star Wars toy Revival of the mid-90s. Meat Sheet published six issues up until about 2002. Here is a link to said back issue https://meatsheetfanzine.com/product/meatsheet-fanzine-issue-6/

>>FFWD 20 + years later.  Dormancy and restarting a new life . These days being in southwest part of the USA, Phoenix area particularly, going to shows has  slowed down. The desire to share and discover music has not.

Meat Sheet Author - Contributor - Cuzface

Bio - Cuzface. Simply put, he is one of several John's in my family. Currently we share a love of martial arts and music. I reckon he is more in tune with most modern punk, hardcore, crust, power violence, etc than me. John lives in NJ with family. We favor NJ heavily, at least 90 % of the time. Here are NJ classic clips from a show shot in Cranford https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l1elBZ3ksSc

Bernard Ashbahian

Just a lifelong music fan who with a few exceptions likes music from all genres. Some of my favorite bands include REM, The Velvet Underground, My Bloody Valentine and too many more to mention. I especially like music from the C86 genre and I am a huge fan of Sarah Records.

Other than that, I also enjoy writing about music in the hopes of helping people discover a new favorite band.

Editor note: I am excited to have someone that likes the Sarah Records label write a  review and you really can't go wrong with The Velvet's and the Valentines (as the Creation records folk called them in the Creation documentary) Also I am a fan of early REM and a big handful of C86 bands. I am less familiar with them but love the sounds. Thank you Bernard !
