Printed Zine ? That’s what’s happening. Hey hey hey. First, allow me to say Meatsheet is an actual printed fanzine. This is Meat Sheet number 7. Secondly this is my first printed zine issue in about 20 years. The last is in my store and you may look at past work here https://meatsheetfanzine.com/product/meatsheet-fanzine-issue-6/

As of right now I have two interviews. The first is Philadelphia and Brooklyn’s Nothing.
Nothing is on Relapse Records. This is a discussion between myself and Dominic on the Tired of Tomorrow tour. Here is video https://meatsheetfanzine.com/tired-of-tomorrow-nothing/
Also I have Field Day. Doug Carrion and some very brief Peter Cortner commentary. Former Dag Nasty Wig Out at Denko’s and Field Day lineup members from Unity Worldwide Records. Check it https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cGhNFpRk7wU
This interview took place right before the pandemic February 2020. There will be slightly more content to fill this out but it’s already close to completion. Unlike the other issues this issue will have minimal if any political slant. It will feature opinions by me , John Meat. Again mostly on music and questions directed at the bands. Direct, to the point, and fan based.
Feature – Tesco Vee of the Meatmen lists his top collectible toys of all time
Feature – Harley of the Cro Mags and martial arts talk – BJJ, Muay Thai, etc
Drum Profile – Dave Witte from circa 2002 Burnt By The Sun. I feature drummers when I can. Dave has played with many. The easy ones I remember are BBTS, Municipal Waste, Melt Banana. However there are many more.
Next we have more past unreleased material ? I have that. Here is a list of possible bands/ features that never made it to press due to tech failures. Blues Control (former Drag City experimental music duo – this is a fragment of interview) , Cardia – Ian Love’s band post Rival Schools. (this is a fragment of interview) , Hidden Hand (this is a fragment of interview) Wino’s band circa 2003 when he was not playing in Obsessed, Spirit Caravan, etc. On the comedian and Howard Stern front, friend of the show and comedian Greg Fitzsimmons talks about HS show. (fragment, but priceless photos) . Also John the Stutterer interview ( this guest I am told no longer goes on the air of Stern, don’t know) plus a fair amount of live photos that happen between 2003 up until pandemic (i.e. February 2020 Field Day and Gary Wilson were the last shows I try to document)
Meatsheet release birthday is December 13 ish , 2021.
